The memberships of White County Farmers Co-op, with locations in Sparta and Monterey, and Warren Farmers Co-op in McMinnville, have agreed to merge the Co-ops into a single business that, effective March 1, will be known as White Warren Farmers Cooperative.
Ryan Jenkins, a fourth-generation row crop farmer from Jay, Florida, urges fellow farmers to be agriculture ambassadors. Jenkins was a keynote presenter at the GreenPoint Ag Southern Agronomy Summit in Nashville in January.
Cooperator staff looks ahead to what 2026 might hold as Tennessee producers take on another year of slim margins and new opportunities in the article “Strategic optimism: Ag in 2026.”
